Shipping & Returns

Some orders may experience shipping delays due to the holiday peak season and limited transport availability as a result of COVID-19 impacts. This is fully out of our control and therefore we ask for your patience and understanding for this situation. 


Due to Brexit and the new border controls, shipments to the EU may experience delays and/or be subject to import or custom fees. Please note we are not responsible for any additional import or custom fees. 


Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from the UK. We will do our best to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. We advise you to select Express Delivery during checkout which is the fastest available shipping option. All shipments will be tracked and you will receive the details to be able to track your order. Please note if any additional custom or import charges are incurred from your country we are not responsible for this. 

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: £3.50 (3-5 business days)
  • Express Delivery: £6.00 (1-2 business days)


  • Express Delivery: £10 (4-5 business days)

United States, Canada

  • Express Delivery: £20 (5-7 business days)

 Rest of World

  • Express Delivery: £30 (5-7 business days)



It is your responsibility to arrange collection of the parcel once dispatched. If you are not home to receive your parcel it will be kept at your local service point (you would be notified by the courier) for collection. We do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen or damaged shipments, nor do we take responsibility for errors due to faulty delivery addresses, orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non collection. In this scenario a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will not be granted for orders returned due to non collection. 



You can return the product for any reason within 14 days after you received it. Products must be returned unused and in original state. All original packaging and labels etc shall be returned without having been tampered with. The cost to return your product will not be paid by us. If the item is not returned in the conditions stated above a refund will not be possible.

Ensure you keep your tracking details and receipt so you have proof of shipment. 

Make sure your write on any airway-bill it is a returned good with no commercial value. Any possible import tax will be deducted from the refund. Once you have returned an item please let us know at
